We are delighted to announce that Early Bird Daycare will be keeping our 2026 fees unchanged for 2027.

We believe in providing quality early childhood care and education while keeping our fees affordable for our families.

 

💙 Full-Day Care

R1,800 per month

🕡 06:30 – 17:15

Our full-day programme provides your child with a full day of care, learning, development, play and age-appropriate activities in a safe and nurturing environment.

 

💛 Half-Day Care

R1,550 per month

🕡 06:30 – 13:00

Our half-day programme provides your child with a stimulating morning programme focused on learning, development, play and social interaction.

 

⏰ IMPORTANT: COLLECTION TIMES
 

We kindly ask all parents and guardians to strictly adhere to the agreed collection times.

• Half Day: Children must be collected by 13:00

• Full Day: Children must be collected by 17:15

Our staff members have families and responsibilities of their own, and the daycare officially closes at 17:15. We therefore ask parents to plan their collection arrangements carefully and ensure that their child is collected on time.

Late collection will result in a penalty fee being charged. The applicable late-collection penalty will be communicated by the school and must be paid in accordance with the school's fee policy.

School Fees & Notice Period
 

School fees are payable 12 months of the year. The annual school fee is calculated as a yearly fee and divided into 12 equal monthly payments for your convenience.

Monthly fees remain payable throughout the year, including during school holidays and periods when your child is absent, as the fee is based on the annual cost of providing your child’s place at Early Bird Daycare.
 

Should you wish to withdraw your child from Early Bird Daycare, one full calendar month’s written notice is required. Fees remain payable during the notice period, regardless of whether the child continues attending during that period.
 

Please note: Giving notice during a month does not constitute one month’s notice. The notice period runs for a full calendar month.
